The Company’s dividend shall be paid in the ratio of not less than 50% of the net profit after tax according to the Company’s separate financial statement each year, taking into consideration such factors as economic situations, operating performances and financial position of the Company, cash flows, each year’s reserve for investments of the Company and the subsidiaries and reserve for working capital within the Company.

To this regard, the payment of the dividend must not significantly impact the Company’s normal operation and it has to be considered and deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors in terms of necessity, appropriateness or other issues of consideration
